Newark, NJ – Car Crashes Closes Ramp to US-1 from I-78

Newark, NJ (July 13, 2020) – A crash in the Newark area resulted in lane closures on a major highway on Monday, July 13. The collision occurred at around 6:03 p.m. The site of the crash was located at the I-78 off-ramp to US-1. 

At this time, few details on the accident have been reported. Emergency vehicles were present at the scene to render aid to those involved in the accident. The cause of the collision has not yet been disclosed by local authorities. 

An ongoing investigation into the accident is currently underway.
