Rutherford, NJ – UPDATE: Michelle Toledo Killed in Crash on NJ-3

Rutherford, NJ (May 19, 2020) – The identities of three Paterson residents killed in a collision on Sunday, May 17th, have been released by local authorities. The collision took place in Rutherford on NJ-3. The accident occurred when a 2016 Nissan Rogue collided with a front-loader operator that was returning to a construction site located between Park Avenue and Ridge Road. 

Michelle Toledo, Irvina Gee, Sheckylle Chain, and a 16-year-old passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. A four-year-old boy in the vehicle was resuscitated at the scene but later pronounced dead at the Hackensack University Medical Center. Multiple emergency units responded to the scene of the collision.
