Wayne, NJ – Ashley Miller Killed in Crash on NJ-23

Wayne, NJ (April 3, 2020) – A woman was killed following a car accident in Wayne, New Jersey on Thursday, April 2nd. A 39-year-old man from Cliffside Park, New Jersey was operating a dump truck on NJ-23 (US-202) when the vehicle collided with a gray SUV at around 9:40 a.m. The impact caused the SUV’s driver, Ashley Miller, 29, to suffer fatal injuries. 

Miller’s vehicle sustained significant front-end damage due to the crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officials. The cause of the crash hasn’t been reported. 

An ongoing investigation into the collisions is currently underway.
